Garlic steamed shrimp
Exercise:

1. Thaw the frozen shrimp in cold water, cut off the head of the shrimp and peel off the skin of the shrimp.

2. Shrimp goes to the shrimp line to open the back. Remember to cut several knives on the shrimp back after opening it to avoid bending the shrimp back when steaming.

3. Put the prepared garlic sauce on the shrimp back, and then pour a little steamed fish soy sauce on each shrimp back (soy sauce can also be used instead).

4. Steam in a steamer for about 8 minutes.

5. Sprinkle some chopped green onion, coriander and millet after cooking.

Garlic sauce practice:

Chop garlic, add hot oil to the pot, add cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce (low heat throughout, otherwise it will be easy to paste), stir-fry for a few times.
