The dishes with eggs as auxiliary materials are called osmanthus fragrans because the golden color and shape of fried eggs are similar to osmanthus fragrans. In old Beijing, the word "Mu Xi" is not called muxi, but Xu Mu, so once simplified, muxi meat has become Xu Mu meat.
