Small crucian carp 1000g, 3 bowls of clear water, corn oil 1 tablespoon, salt 1 tablespoon, a little onion, a little coriander and a few slices of ginger.
Recipe practice:
1. Wash the small fish, drain the water, heat the pan, pour 1 tbsp corn oil into the pan, and add the ginger slices to stir fry until fragrant.
2. Pour the small fish into the pot and gently shake the pot to prevent the small fish from touching the pot.
3. Keep the fire 1 min, and then pour 3 bowls of water into the pot.
4. Cover the pot and cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
6. Add mellow grapes and coriander, and a pot of fresh and sweet small fish soup will be ready.
