The first item (backswing) is to cultivate the correct backswing and defensive posture, so that your arms can stretch naturally instead of being stiff, which can help you lock the target ball. Often practice the high and low posture and position of thumb and four fingers bridging, and strive to be relaxed, solid and stable, which has an absolute influence on the accuracy of the pole. Don't just hold the club with your fingertips, and don't hold it tightly with the strength of your wrist. Lifting the club lightly is the most correct way.
