Shrimp, chicken and/or pork/tofu (optional)
1. Wash vegetables. Then, cut the carrots and onions into small pieces.
2. Add oil and heat the pan to 100℃.
3. Put the vegetables into the pot and stir for about 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon salt to the pot.
4. Cook chicken or shrimp with other ingredients (optional).
5. Add an egg and stir with other ingredients.
6. Throw the rice in carefully. Add about 2 to 3 tablespoons of soy sauce when cooking.
