Ingredients: zucchini, shrimp and eggs.
Seasoning: soy sauce, salt, cooking wine.
Steps:
1. Shelled shrimps and dried shrimps, and blanched with a little cooking wine for later use;
2. Take the hot oil out of the pan, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry until cooked, and take it out for use;
3. Start the pot again, stir-fry the zucchini until it is raw, pour in the shrimps and eggs again, and add a spoonful of soy sauce and salt to taste.
