Stewed fish bladder with Chinese cabbage and mushrooms

Ingredients: 2 shiitake mushrooms, 200g Chinese cabbage and 250g swim bladder.

Accessories: oil, chicken powder, fish sauce, shredded ginger and pepper.

Steps:

1. Recipe: Chinese cabbage, swim bladder and mushrooms.

2. Soak the mushrooms, wash them and cut them into strips with kitchen scissors.

3. Hot oil pan.

4. Add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.

5. Put in the clean swim bladder.

6. Add the mushroom strips and stir-fry until the swim bladder changes color.
