Roast beef burrito
Ingredients: beef tenderloin 200g, 3 colored peppers (green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper), flour 150g, corn flour 75g, chopped black pepper, salt, olive oil, cooking wine, salad oil, water starch and soy sauce.
Practice: Mix flour and corn flour, add water and make dough for use. Knead the baked dough into long strips, divide it into several flour agents, flatten the flour agents, put the two flour agents on top of each other, spread salad oil in the middle, roll it into a round cake with a rolling pin (which can be a little bigger than the lotus leaf cake for eating roast duck), brush a thin layer of salad oil on the pot, and slowly fry it until both sides are golden. When frying, the middle of the cake will bulge because we are between two cakes. Dice the colored pepper, put it in a container, season with salt, chopped black pepper and olive oil, and stir well to make a salad. Slice the tenderloin and sprinkle with salt, chopped black pepper, cooking wine, starch and soy sauce for a while. Pour a proper amount of salad oil into the pot and fry the beef until cooked. Put the fried beef in the middle of the tortillas, put the colored pepper salad on it, and then roll up the tortillas to eat.
Tip: This dish is a little Mexican, and the meat in it can be changed to your favorite, such as chicken, pork or shrimp.
Mushroom chicken porridge
Ingredients: 50g of rice, 2 shiitake mushrooms, half of chicken breast (drumsticks are also acceptable), appropriate amount of corn kernels, 1 carrot, 4g of salt.
Practice: Wash the rice clean, put it into the soup pot, inject appropriate amount of water, boil it over high fire, and then turn to low heat. Then wash carrots and mushrooms, peel carrots and dice them, slice mushrooms, wash chicken breast and slice them. When the porridge in the pot is almost cooked (that is, the rice grains have "blossomed"), add corn kernels, diced carrots and sliced mushrooms, stir well and cook for a while, then pour the chicken slices into the pot, then stir with chopsticks and cook for a while. Finally, season with salt.
