Ingredients: dried soybean 150g, potato 1.
Accessories: half a carrot, 5 mushrooms, dried red pepper 1, star anise 1, fragrant leaves 1, 3 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of oil, salt and soy sauce.
Steps:
1. Soak dried soybeans and dried mushrooms, cut potatoes and carrots, cut ginger, cut dried red peppers and shallots, wash fragrant leaves and star anise, but don't pat coriander.
2. Pour oil in a hot pan, add ginger, dried red pepper, star anise and fragrant leaves and stir fry.
3. Add carrots and fry for one minute.
4. Add mushrooms and fry for half a minute.
5. Add potatoes and soybeans and fry for two minutes.
6. Pour in the water soaked with mushrooms.
Step 7 add soy sauce
8. Add salt and boil.
9. Pour into the pressure cooker, cover the lid, press the soup button, and jump to the heat preservation in about ten minutes. In ten minutes, it will remind you to open the lid and you can hold it out.
