There is no cherry pie in town. Do you mean pineapple pie (baked) or cherry meatballs (boiled)?
Open the map, click on the Honeycomb Orchard (lower left corner) and keep running. You will see a green tree (the others are red) with a beehive on it. Click on it, and the honey crystal may drop.
