1. Wash the mutton slices and put them in a bowl. Pour in appropriate amount of shredded ginger, chopped green onion, appropriate amount of Chili powder, 2g of cumin powder, 5g of soy sauce, 3g of salt and 5g of starch, and marinate evenly for15min.
