Braised pig brain with mushrooms

1. Soak the pig brain in clear water, tear off the surface film, put the cooking wine, salt and onion ginger in a cage, steam them, take them out, replace them with 3cm pieces, and steam them in the cage.

Material: pig brain 150g.
