At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Master Yin Fu and Master Gong Baotian were both ouchi masters, who served in the imperial court for a long time and taught Bagua Palm. Gong Baotian, a descendant of Yin Fuzhi, was personally guided by Dong Haichuan and completely inherited the original style of Bagua Boxing, which was a unique stunt in the Qing court. This boxing is a combination of Yijing and Yijing, with eight diagrams as the disk and trees as the circle, based on the principle of five elements and the combination of yin and yang of eight diagrams.

Gong Baotian, whose real name is Zi Ying, was born in December of Tongzhi decade and died in June 1943. He was born in Qingshan Village, Mashidian, Rushan City, Shandong Province. With Yin Fu's decades of practice, he gained the true meaning of Eight Diagrams Boxing. He used to be the bodyguard of the generals of the Eight Banners Army in the Qing Dynasty, and later succeeded Yin Fu as the general manager of ouchi and the four-knife bodyguard officer. He resigned before the collapse of the Qing Dynasty and has been to three northeastern provinces and all parts of Shandong. Mr. Gong Baotian is thin and thin, but his arms are knee-high and his body is as light as a swallow, and he is an ape. In Wulin, Mr. Gong Lao has the reputation of "Monkey Palace". His skill is extremely profound, and he has defeated many martial arts experts, and is known as "the first golden chair in Jiaodong". He was a rare martial arts master at that time, a generation of martial arts masters. Later, he was hired by Wang Zhang of Northeast China as the martial arts chief referee, the Northeast roving ambassador and the head coach of the three armed forces. Since Zhang resigned, Mr. Gong has returned to his hometown in Shandong to teach gossip skills, and there are many students. But there are not many real apprentices. Gong Baotian's disciple is the second generation descendant of Gong Baguazhang. Later, Master Jiang sent him to Gong Baotian for further study, specializing in Bagua Palm. Baguazhang pays attention to quietness, emptiness, softness, emptiness and spirit. Therefore, it is big and soft, dragon-shaped monkey, inner strength, behavioral core, subtle listening and light spirit. The footwork is mainly walking, wading, digging and running, with fast footwork and changeable posture, mainly palm, and the technique of "piercing, pulling, rolling, pressing, cutting, clicking, bouncing and pricking" makes the spring crisp and fast. Posture is connected with corners, which is called "hanging corners and gossip". There are many hidden lines and triangles, and the inner corner defends and the outer corner hits people. Routine, one hand, various musical instruments, hidden weapons, etc. Liu Bingxi learned all the unique skills inherited from Master Gong Baotian, such as soft snake whip, finger snapping, palm snapping, butterfly palm piercing, kite palm piercing and palm pedaling. The exercises and thugs are superb. Liu Bingxi, Gong Baotian and Jiang Nailin, masters of Bagua Palm, are all great disciples with superb skills. Liu Bingxi has many students and few apprentices. Liu Xie's disciples were Yang Chen in his early years and Rong Huafeng in his later years.
