Brief introduction of enping county
Enping County has a long history. Qin and Han Dynasties belonged to Nanhai County. In the 24th year of Jian 'an in the Eastern Han Dynasty (2 19), it was called Siping County. Wu of the Three Kingdoms (222) made Hai 'an a county. Nanqi was renamed Qi 'an County. In the eighteenth year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (598), it was renamed Hai 'an County. In the second year of Tang Zhide (757), it was changed to Enping County. It was merged into Yangjiang County in the early Song Dynasty. In the 14th year of Chenghua in the Ming Dynasty (1478), Enping County was restored and was under the jurisdiction of Zhaoqing Prefecture. The earliest county in Enping was the State of Wu in the Three Kingdoms period, formerly known as Siping County. County governance is roughly in Enping, Liangxi Town, Enping, covering the whole territory of Enping and parts of Yangjiang and Yangchun. In the Southern Dynasties, Chen changed Siping to Qi 'an. After the establishment of the Sui Dynasty, it was renamed "Hai 'an" in the 18th year of Kai (598). "Enping" officially appeared in the fifth year of Wude in Tang Dynasty (622). After that, although there was a merger of waste leather, Enping County, Zhaoqing Prefecture, Guangdong Province was established in the 14th year of Chenghua in Ming Dynasty (1478), and then it stabilized. In the 14th year of Ming Chenghua, Enping County was established. In the fifth year of Wanli (1577), Longshui County was promoted to Luoding Prefecture (Lingdong 'an County and Xining County) and became the minister of Zhili Guangdong Province. So far, Zhaoqing is leading: Deqing (ahead of Fengchuan County and Kaijian County), Gaoyao, Sihui, Xinxing, Yangjiang, Yangchun, Guangning, Gaoming, Enping 1 county. In the ninth year of Tongzhi (1870), Yangjiang County was promoted to Zhili Hall, while Yangchun County and Enping County were cut. 1994, with the approval of the State Council, Enping County was abolished and enping city was established.
