1. Select a proper amount of rice, wash it and soak it in a basin for about three to four hours.
2. After the rice grains are softened by water absorption, they are ground into powder by juicer.
3. Pour the ground rice slurry into a cotton bag, tie the bag mouth tightly, and remove the water, so that the water in the rice slurry is completely removed and becomes white block wet starch.
4. Crush it by hand and put it into a basin to stir, which becomes very elastic.
5. Stir (fold the rice ball into a cylinder), leave it for one day, and then pile it into glutinous rice balls.
6. Steam the glutinous rice dough in a steamer for about half an hour, and take it out after it is cooked for about seven minutes.
7. Knead the steamed glutinous rice dough into dough, then roll it into rice slices and cut it into rice strips.
8. Steam or cook rice strips until they are completely cooked. Let it dry.
