Overnight meal 1 bowl, ham slices 1 00g, onion12, coriander 3, eggs1,

A. 1 tablespoon white powder water,

B sugar 1/2 tsp, soy sauce 1 tsp, rice wine 1 tsp, glutinous rice 1 tsp, water 200cc.

Second, practice.

1. Steam overnight meals before standby.

2. Peel and shred the onion; Wash coriander and cut into sections for later use.

3. Beat the eggs well, then add the white powder water and stir well.

4. Put seasoning B into the pot and mix well. Add ham slices and simmer for about 3 minutes, add shredded onion and cook for 4 minutes. Pour the prepared egg liquid from the center of the pot, turn the whole pot to disperse the egg liquid, add coriander after the egg liquid solidifies, and turn off the heat.

5. Put the overnight rice into a large bowl and cover it with the chicken and eggs cooked in Method 4.
