Production steps:
1) Steamed river fish, deburring fish and pressing mud; Wash spinach, blanch it with boiling water, and chop it with a knife for later use;
2) Wash the rice and cook it into rotten porridge (cook Longxu Noodles until it is soft and rotten);
3) Take the whole tomato, boil it for one minute, take it out, peel and remove seeds, and chop it with a knife;
4) Boil tomatoes in clear soup for about 5 minutes, then add rice porridge (or Longxu Noodles) and fish paste, stir evenly, and simmer slowly; Finally, add spinach puree and cooked vegetable oil and stew for a while.
