Composition:
Curry cubes, jam, starch, eggs, onions, apples.
Exercise:
1, cut tofu into thick slices and drain; Dice onions and apples;
2, tofu slices with raw flour, topped with egg liquid, and then topped with raw flour;
3. Heat a little oil in another small pot, then stir-fry the onions and apples until they are cooked and soft;
4. Add curry cubes and a little apple juice (or water). After boiling, simmer for 2 minutes until thick, and turn to low heat to keep warm;
5, teppanyaki hot standby;
6. After heating a small amount of oil in the pot, carefully put the tofu slices into the pot, fry them on low heat until they are golden on both sides, and then put them on the iron plate;
7. Pour curry sauce on tofu slices while it is hot.
Remarks:
1, on the premise of slicing and cooking, try to choose the most tender tofu;
2. If you don't like curry sauce, you can make it into tomato juice, black pepper juice, oranges and all kinds of flavors that children like to eat.
