Ingredients: Norwegian salmon meat 800g, oil, salt, green pepper, sugar, tomato sauce, white vinegar, dried starch, egg yolk, onion, ginger, cooking wine.

Operation:
(1) Cut boneless fish fillets with skin into pieces with a thickness of about 1.5cm and a width of about 15cm, and send them to a cross knife with a depth of 2/3 of that of fish.
Then marinate with onion, ginger, wine and salt.
(2) Take out the fish, paste it with egg yolk, and pat dry the starch.
(3) Fry the finished fish in an oil pan until golden brown, drain the oil in the pan and put it in a plate.
