How to make King Oyster Mushroom and Winter Melon Soup

Main ingredients: Chicken legs

Appropriate amount of East Melon, appropriate amount of Pleurotus eryngii mushrooms

Condiments: salt, ginger, rice wine, white pepper, water.

Step 1: After washing the chicken wings, soak them in cold water for 10 minutes; soak the oyster mushrooms in advance.
