Recipe practice:
1. Wash the inside and outside of the roast chicken.
2. Add a proper amount of ginger slices to the chicken.
3. Put a proper amount of soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate on the chicken and marinate for about 20 minutes.
4. Stuff mushrooms into the chicken's stomach
5. Pour the glutinous rice into the chicken's stomach, and then add some water.
6. Stick a toothpick in the chicken's stomach
7. Cut off the two tips of the toothpick
8. Gently float the lotus leaf in the water.
9. Wrap the chicken in a lotus leaf.
10. Boil water and steam for about 40 minutes.
