Ingredients preparation: abalone, cooking wine, shallot, ginger, vinegar, pepper, sesame oil and seasoning.
Production steps:
1. Wash the abalone, take the meat and shell it, put a diagonal straight knife on each side of the abalone meat and cut it from the middle.
2. Wash the onion and ginger, cut the onion into strips, cut the ginger in half, and slice the other half for use.
3. Put the abalone in a dish, add cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, soup, onion strips, ginger slices, pepper and salt, and steam it in a drawer.
4. The abalone is steamed for about 10 minute and taken out. Pick out onions, ginger and pepper.
5. Take a bowl and add vinegar, soy sauce, Jiang Mo and sesame oil to make ginger juice.
6. When eating, bring the ginger juice and abalone together and dip it in the ginger juice.
Second, stir-fry frozen abalone.

1. Wash abalone, take the meat, shell it, and blanch it with boiling water for later use.
2. Dice the green pepper and abalone meat for later use.
3. Heat the hot oil in the pot to 8 minutes, add the diced abalone and stir fry 1 minute.
4. Add green pepper into the pot and stir-fry for about half a minute, then add salt and white pepper.
5. Put the fried ingredients into the blanched abalone shell and sprinkle with freshly ground white pepper.
Thawing frozen abalone can be slightly heated by microwave oven or washed with cold water.
