Cai Jun, born in June, 1970, 165438, was born in Shandong plain. 1994 obtained a bachelor's degree in urban planning from Shandong Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture; 65438-0997 obtained a master's degree in urban planning from Tongji University, and studied under Professor Xu Xunchu. In 2005, he received a doctorate in urban planning from Tongji University, and studied under Professor Xu Xunchu. 1997, teacher, School of Architecture and Art, Dalian University of Technology, now associate professor and director of urban planning teaching and research section. From 1997 to 2008, he published 18 papers successively. In 2005, he won the third prize of the National Young Planners Thesis Competition sponsored by the Urban Planning Society.
