Ingredients: 5 eggs, 200g pork stuffing, Jiang Mo, refined salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, cooking wine and sesame oil.
Steamed eggs with minced meat:
1. Meat stuffing: add Jiang Mo, refined salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and a little cooking wine.
2. Eggs lying on the plate don't need to be broken like steamed egg custard. It won't stick until you put a layer of sesame oil on the plate, and it smells good.
