Exercise:
1. Prepare some loach, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, rice wine, flour and salt.
2. Wash the loach first, cut the pepper into small pieces, chop the garlic, add salt to the flour, and add water to make flour liquid for later use.
3. Dip the loach into the flour liquid and then boil the oil in the pot. After boiling, fry the loach with good flour in the oil pan, and then take it out.
4. Add minced garlic and pepper to the pot and stir-fry. Then put the fried loach into the oil, add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and appropriate amount of water, simmer for 8 minutes on low heat, and then put it on a plate and take it out of the pot.
The second type: Misgurnus anguillicaudatus stewed tofu.
Exercise:
1, prepare, tofu, onion, ginger, rice wine, pepper, salt and oil.
2. Wash the loach, cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the onion, slice the ginger and shred the pepper for later use.
3. Put oil in the pan and fry the loach until golden on both sides. After frying, take it out and put it in a casserole. Then add ginger, pepper, tofu, salt and appropriate amount of water and simmer for 10 minute. Sprinkle onions after stewing.
