Garlic, 2 millet peppers, 2 eggs and 3 chopped green onion.
Exercise:
1, two garlic peeled and cut into powder, and washed with cold water again. 2 strips of millet pepper are minced.
2. Pour oil into the pan (more than when cooking). When it's 50% hot, add minced garlic and millet pepper and stir-fry over low heat, then add a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of salt and half a spoonful of sugar.
3. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and bring to a boil with low heat, and the garlic sauce is finished.
4. Then cook roast chicken eggs. Beat three eggs in a tin foil bowl and bake in an air fryer 180℃ for 7 minutes. Take it out, spread a layer of fried garlic sauce at 180℃ and bake for 3 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onion on the pot.
