2. Specific practices:
(1) Dice carrots, slice garlic and shred onions.
(2) Cut the carrots into shreds and dry them, because the salt will be put behind and the carrots will come out of the water. Shredded onion, sliced garlic and shredded carrot are put into a basin, mixed with appropriate amount of salt, and then marinated in a jar for one day. The whole process must not touch oil.
(3) The dishes can be eaten at any time when there is no water, and a small amount of wine, vinegar and soy sauce can be mixed at any time, depending on personal taste. After mixing, add sesame oil.
