What tools and food do you need to enter the mountain?
Although this kind of field trip really won't cost too much money, some necessary equipment still needs investment, such as tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, hiking shoes and so on.

Of course, it is best to know the common sense and experience of survival in the wild before going out. The equipment and precautions for participating in various adventure tours and outdoor activities can't be explained in a few words, so I will only tell you some basic common sense here.

go on foot

Walking in the wild for a long time, it is best to move at a constant speed and reduce the stride. Regular rhythm is not easy to feel tired. When going uphill, if you take a big step, your body will shake from side to side and lose your balance, so you should change your stride and walk steadily step by step. If the uphill road is steep, it is best to go up alternately from left to right. Generally speaking, it's easy to go downhill, but don't run and jump at the same time. Tie your shoelaces tightly to avoid your toes hitting the top of your shoes and hurting your fingertips. Don't rest too long in the middle, lest you become dull just after moving, but you will feel more tired. Don't sit directly on the ground when resting, but sit on a higher stone so that the blood won't drip completely to the buttocks. Do some simple stretching exercises during rest and before departure to help blood flow.

campsite

It refers to sleeping in Shan Ye, which is no longer the kind of soft and comfortable mattress at home, but sleeping on solid land, which is a bit of the spirit of "building a roof and using the land as a bed", but remember that safety is the first element, and the following points must be paid attention to:

1. Try to set up tents on hard and flat ground, and don't camp on river banks and dry river beds.

2. The tent entrance should be on the leeward side, and the tent should be far away from the hillside with rolling stones.

In order to prevent the tent from being flooded when it rains, a drainage ditch should be dug just below the top edge of the tent.

The four corners of the tent should be held down with big stones.

5, tents should keep air circulation, cooking in tents to prevent fire.

6. Before going to bed at night, check whether the fire is completely extinguished and whether the tent is firmly fixed.

It is best for the tent to face south or southeast so as to see the morning sunshine. Try not to be on the ridge or the top of the mountain. At least there should be a groove so that it won't be too cold at night. The camp is selected in sandy land, grassland or rubble with good drainage, and it is best to find a camp sheltered by trees.

Mountaineering boots should not be worn in tents. Mud or pebbles on the bottom of boots will pollute and wear the bottom. Take off your raincoat and wet clothes when entering the inner tent, so as not to wet other items, especially sleeping bags. Before folding the tent, dry it upside down, clean it and put it away. When it snows, you can clean it with snow and dry it.

You can tie the ends of the tent with twine and hang wet clothes. If you leave the tent all day, you'd better spread out your sleeping bag and let it bask in the sun for a while.

When camping, the backpack should be tightly closed to prevent small animals from stealing food. Even if it is sunny, the dew at night will still wet the backpack, so be sure to use a backpack cover after night. When it snows, you can use your backpack as the door of the snow cave. When camping, you can put your empty backpack under your feet, put it outside your sleeping bag, and isolate it from the cold ground to improve your sleep temperature. When you come back, you must clean your backpack. If it is too dirty, you can clean your backpack with neutral detergent and put it in a cool place to dry, but avoid exposure for too long, because ultraviolet rays will hurt nylon cloth. During the journey, you should still pay attention to the maintenance of the foundation. If the backpack is broken, it should be mended at once. Choose a thick needle and thread specially used to fill the chair cushion, sew it firmly, and the nylon thread should be broken by fire.
