Note:

1. I always use beef brisket for stir-fry and cut it into slices about 5 mm thick.

2. This time I used Sichuan peppercorns directly, and added some Sichuan peppercorn powder when it was finally out of the pot.

3. It is recommended that you use an iron pan for frying. After adding seasoning powder, it will easily stick to the pan.
