Friday: Steamed pork belly bean sprouts with black bean sauce and pepper.

Evening: fried diced chicken, celery and lily, steamed taro with minced meat, sauerkraut and tofu soup.

Saturday noon: boiled fish, braised ribs, shredded Chinese cabbage, mushroom chicken soup.

Evening: Eat leftovers.

Sunday: Go out to eat and improve your life.
