About how to make cabbage and dried tofu

How to mix cabbage with dry tofu:
Ingredients: cabbage, dry tofu, appropriate amount of seasonings
Method:
1. Wash the fresh Chinese cabbage;
2. Cut the cabbage into slices so that it cooks faster and has less fiber when eaten;
3. Cut the dried tofu into pieces. The diamond-shaped slices fit well with the cabbage slices;
4. Heat the oil and fry the garlic slices or green onions;
5. Add the dried tofu and stir-fry;
6. When the water content of the cabbage is high, add it to the pot and stir-fry until it changes color. Add salt and remove from the pot.
