Peanut oil, salt, Chili sauce, chicken essence, onion, ginger, garlic.
Step 1
Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside. Size depends more or less on personal preference.
Second step
Peel the ham sausage and cut it into small slices with a hob, with a thickness of about 2mm, not too thin and easy to fry.
Third step
Wash the cucumber and slice it with a hob, with a thickness of about 2mm. If it is fresh cucumber, slice it directly; If the cucumber is old and wilted, you'd better peel it, otherwise it will affect the taste.
Fourth step
It's on fire. When the pot starts to smoke, add a proper amount of oil, heat the oil and add the chopped ham sausage. Add some salt to avoid frying on your body. After the ham turns yellow, add onion, ginger and garlic.
Step five
Immediately pour in cucumber, stir-fry over high fire for 1 min, add bean paste (or Chili paste), and finally add salt and chicken essence to stir well, and then serve.
