1, saute spicy chicken

Wash the chicken, chop it, put it in a boiling pot with cooking wine, take it out and drain it;

2. Spicy trotters

Wash trotters and slice ginger and garlic;

Remove chicken feet, and add salt, pepper, onion, red pepper, minced garlic, fermented soybean, raw flour, cooking wine, sesame oil, soy sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
