Fish-flavored shredded pork is prepared as follows:
1. Take 1 bowl, add half a bowl of water, add salt, sugar, vinegar, cornflour and soy sauce in turn and mix well for later use.
2. Other ingredients are shredded or chopped.
3. Shred tenderloin, add salt, chicken powder, pepper powder and a little water.
4. Catch until it is sticky and marinate for 10 minute.
5. Heat the oil in the pot, then add the shredded pork and spread it quickly. When the color turns white, turn off the fire and take it out for use.
6. Stir-fry minced garlic and Jiang Mo in oil, then add bean paste and stir-fry.
7. Add carrots and shredded water bamboo and fry until soft, then add mushrooms and green peppers, and finally add green onions and shredded pork.
8. Pour in the fish sauce and stir well to serve.
