Practice of oil mash

1. Mature black sesame seeds are ground into powder, peanuts and walnuts are ground into pieces, not too broken, and it tastes delicious.

2. Pour a proper amount of lard into the pot, and pour peanuts and walnuts into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Pour the fermented grains into the pot and stir-fry with peanuts and walnuts evenly.

4. Pour the rock sugar into the pot, stir-fry and melt.

5. Add some brown sugar and stir well until it melts (keep shoveling on medium and small fires to avoid sticking to the pot).

6. Finally, pour in the black sesame powder and stir well.

7. After completely cooling, put it in a clean, water-free and oil-free glass container for storage. It can be stored for 2~3 months without putting it in the refrigerator (use a clean spoon every time, otherwise it will grow hairy and moldy).
