How to make dried vegetable rice without using a rice cooker

Recipe Introduction

Because I cooked for more than ten people, I won’t talk nonsense about the quantities of ingredients. I don’t think anyone wants to cook with all the ingredients. For example, if you like it salty, add more salt, if you like it bland, add less. In fact, I think even if you don’t use these ingredients, you can use other ingredients, as long as the person who eats it is happy.

Materials

Ingredients: rice

Accessories: oil (lard or vegetable oil is acceptable), cabbage, carrots, green onions, scallops, shrimps, Oysters, pork belly, pork rinds

Seasoning: MSG, salt, sugar

Method

1. Boil the rice into rice first, and add scallops and shrimps at the same time. (I used dried shrimps that have not yet risen) Soak in warm water until soft.

2. Shred the cabbage, cut the carrots into rice, dice the pork belly, mince the pork skin, and cut the green onion into beads

3. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry briefly. Add the cabbage and continue frying until the cabbage becomes soft.

4. Pour in the soaked scallops, shrimps (along with the soaking water, you can add more if the water is not enough), pork skin, and oysters. After boiling, add MSG, salt, and sugar. (Add some sugar and the taste will be soft, a little is enough) Adjust the taste

5. Add rice, carrots, and green onions and stir-fry evenly. The beautiful and delicious dried vegetable rice is completed.

Tips

Don’t make the rice too bad
