Minced meat and potato balls
These two stocky balls are called Lithuanian national dishes, just like dinosaur eggs, with smooth appearance and thick sour cream hanging down. The outer skin is very elastic to chew. The meat stuffing inside is basically jiaozi with onion stuffing. But the dough is very greasy, as can be seen from the shiny oil. At first there were no potatoes in Lithuania, but thanks to Germany, potatoes were widely eaten in the19th century. The name Cepelinai comes from Led Zeppelin, because this big ball has the shape of an airship.
Oriental Great jiaozi
This is a favorite snack of Lithuanian people. Jiaozi's life experience is also confusing. Its ancestors came from Eastern Europe, and it is the traditional food of a people named Karaite. These people are a branch of Judaism and ethnically descended from Turks. /kloc-in the 4th century, they moved to Lithuania from Crimea, which borders Europe and Asia, and lived in Vilnius and Trache.
Bread juice
This kind of "liquid bread" is naturally fermented from Lithuanian traditional rye. Although it does not contain alcohol, it is very comfortable to feel cool and slightly drunk. Bread juice is not only sweet, but also can be drunk at once. Similar to drinks from Russia, Ukraine and Poland. Of course, Harbin in China is also one of the producing areas, and its sales volume is so good that it can be found in supermarkets all over the country. It's called Kvas.
