Practice: (1) Wash and chop the monkey meat; Wash feet and cut into sections; Remove the core from the red dates and wash them.
(2) Put the feet in the bottom of the stew pot, then add the monkey meat and red dates, add a proper amount of boiling water, cover the stew pot, stew for 2-3 hours, season for later use, remove the feet, and eat the monkey meat with soup.
