Method of mirror mango mousse cake
1. Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water first.
2. Squeeze out the water again, and put it into the juice heated by 100CC and mix well.
3. Pour into the prepared mold and put it in the refrigerator for later use. This is the mirror part.
Mu Si mould is padded with fresh-keeping mould in advance.
4. Mix the whole egg, yolk, coconut powder, fine sugar and low flour together.

6. Mix 90g egg white and 30g fine sugar.
