The steps for cooking pork head are as follows:
1. Slice the pork head that has been braised in advance, cut the garlic sprouts into sections, and mince the onion and ginger.
2. Take a bowl, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, salt, spicy tempeh and vegetable extract, mix well and set aside.
3. Put a little oil in the pot. When it is 80% hot, add the pork head meat and minced onion and ginger and stir well. Then quickly add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.
4. When the garlic sprouts become darker in color, pour in the seasoning from step 2 and stir well. Just before serving, pour in a little sesame oil.
