1. First, we open the picture that needs to be partially sharpened in the ps software.

2. Then we select the "Lasso Tool" in the left toolbar.

3. Then we circle the area that needs to be sharpened and press Ctrl+J to copy.

4. Then we select "Sharpen--Smart Sharpening" in the "Filter" menu bar.

5. The "Smart Sharpening" dialog box pops up. According to the preview on the left, adjust the parameters on the right. Here you can adjust the sharpness. After the settings are completed, click the "OK" button.

6. Then the picture will be partially sharpened.
