Seven jiaozi dipping methods?
The first kind:
Ingredients: aged vinegar, Chili powder, chopped green onion, garlic paste, soy sauce, fried white sesame, sesame oil and pepper oil.

Practice: Garlic, a fresh soy sauce, peeled and washed, mashed with a garlic masher, added with a fresh soy sauce, added with rice vinegar, mixed well and put on a plate.
The third kind:
Ingredients: chopped green onion, mashed garlic, soy sauce, aged vinegar, Chili oil.
Practice: put the above ingredients into a seasoning bowl and mix well.
The fourth kind:
Ingredients: Chili noodles, spiced powder, fried sesame seeds, garlic paste, salt, chicken essence, pepper granules, star anise, aged vinegar and light soy sauce.
Practice: put a proper amount of Chili noodles, spiced powder, fried sesame seeds, garlic paste, salt and chicken essence into a seasoning bowl, then burn a proper amount of hot oil, add a handful of pepper granules and an octagonal, stir until cooked, take out the pepper granules and throw them away, pour the fried oil into the seasoning bowl and stir well, then pour in a proper amount of mature vinegar to boil, and pour them into the seasoning bowl and stir well. The fifth type:
