I always eat an egg and a tomato and kiwi fruit for breakfast. At this time, you must remember to supplement collagen, protein and vitamins. Try to choose fruits that can improve sun protection, such as watermelon, blueberry and citrus with high Vc content.
3. On the way to military training, I kept holding my sun umbrella, and Amway forced me to take it off. This umbrella is more resistant to ultraviolet rays than other umbrellas except that I think it is simple and generous, but it is a bit expensive in the flagship store and much cheaper in Hong Kong. Besides, don't think that tanning won't last anyway. Suntan is cumulative, and you can get less sun.
On the way of military training, as long as the instructor calls for a rest, I will immediately take out the sunscreen spray and keep making it up. Don't think about cleanliness at this time, it's greasy. The important thing is not to get tanned! ! ! And insist, don't give up on yourself after tanning a few days ago, absolutely insist! ! 5, make full use of clothes, try to wear long-sleeved trousers, if possible, pull up the collar! Don't be too hot, wear short sleeves at this time, it will peel off! I put my collar up during the whole military training! It didn't make my neck tan either. Although I stand out from the crowd, I try to avoid tanning.
6, drinking water is very important, military training is basically in a state of dehydration, but also need to add some salt water to balance the electrolyte in the body, lack of water first leads to decreased skin resistance.
7, lunch should be rich, remember to supplement collagen and vitamins. I always drink a bag of sweet and sour strawberry-flavored protein powder before eating, which is also helpful for loss of appetite.
8. At this time, after going back to the dormitory for cleaning, you can put aloe water in a spray bottle and spray it on your face to form a water film to calm the sunburned skin. Take a nap.
9. Remember to apply sunscreen in the afternoon as in the morning!
10. At the end of the day, please wash your skin carefully and gently with a makeup remover towel and facial cleanser. After a day of military training, you will sweat. What skin must be dirty, especially waterproof and sweat-proof sunscreen, must be washed with makeup remover and fully emulsified before using facial cleanser. If you can, you can buy a hydrating mask and dry it thoroughly. Don't use whitening mask at this time, it will make your cuticle thinner and easy to get hurt. After that, apply repair essence and lotion, eat Vc candy tablets and have a good sleep. Sleep is very important, don't stay up late at this time. 10 to 2 o'clock is the period of skin metabolism recovery, which needs to be carried out while sleeping.
After military training: If you follow my instructions carefully, I believe you won't get very tanned. You are still a cotton candy when everyone else is sunburned into a dark cloud ~ but even so, don't take it lightly. After a period of training, the skin should still be in a sensitive state.
