How to make homemade baby rice mix

Main Ingredients

Seaweed

8g

Light dried shrimp skin

5g

Accessories

Sesame

5g

Steps

1. Prepare ingredients: 8g seaweed, 5g light dried dried shrimps, 5g sesame.

PS: When choosing seaweed, it is best to choose sand-free and washable seaweed that can be eaten directly. Look at the ingredient list again and choose not to add additional salt. There is no salt added to this bibimbap, and it mainly relies on shrimp skin for seasoning.

2. Tear the seaweed into pieces with your hands for easy mixing.

3. Then put the seaweed into the mixing cup.

4. Use a blender to blend the seaweed into powder.

5. Just stir until it reaches this level.

PS: If you feed it to a baby, you can directly stir the seaweed, dried shrimps and sesame seeds into powder to make it easier for the baby to chew.

6. Put the shrimp skin into the mixing cup.

PS: I used unsalted light-dried wild shrimps. No additional salt was added during processing, so I did not soak them in warm water in advance.

7. Use a blender to blend the shrimp skin into fine powder.

8. Crush the shrimp skin and pour it into a small bowl.

PS: Shopee is the calcium supplement for this bibimbap. When processing, the degree of mixing should be determined according to the age of the baby.

9. After the pot is hot, add sesame seeds and stir-fry until fragrant. Sesame seeds are fragrant, so add the sesame seeds and stir-fry them first. If it is raw sesame, it needs to be fried first; if it is cooked sesame, stir-fry until fragrant.

PS: When frying bibimbap ingredients, I have tried both methods, adding oil and not adding oil. If you add oil, the prepared bibimbap will taste more fragrant, but it is easy to oxidize during storage, resulting in a flaky smell.

But it is possible to feed the baby without adding oil, and the storage time will be longer, about two weeks.

10. Then pour the chopped shrimp skin into the pot and stir-fry for 1 minute.

PS: If you have soaked the shrimp skin in advance in order to remove the salty taste, you need to fry the shrimp skin first~

11. Finally, pour the seaweed into the pot.

12. Continue to stir-fry for about 3 minutes until all ingredients are cooked and fragrant.

PS: Because the heat is different, the stir-frying time may be different. Stir-fry until fragrant and all the ingredients are cooked and dry. You can turn off the heat and take out the pot. Don't overcook it.

13. After the mixed rice ingredients are fried, put them into a sealed jar for storage. Store it in a dry place, and don't let it get damp. It will not taste good if it gets damp. Store for about two weeks.

Tips

When stir-frying ingredients, be sure to use low heat throughout the process. If the heat is too high, it will easily burn and the taste will change.

Seaweed and dried shrimps are difficult to chew, so you can use a blender to mince them.

If you want to give it to a smaller baby, you can stir seaweed, dried shrimps and sesame seeds into powder, but you must eat it as soon as possible~
