This small shop was opened by Ma Shu (boss Ma Yun)' s grandparents in 1980, and in 17, Ma Shu (boss) and Li Yi (proprietress) came back to take over the shop. Their family cooked a little rice, traditional batter soup. In addition to tofu, vermicelli and beef that every household will put in the small rice, there are also red beans. It is said that grandma added it herself before.

The reason why their millet soup is rich and layered is because the fried rice base made by themselves will be put in the soup. This small rice base is fried with 30 kilograms of fresh beef and more than 30 kinds of spices mixed with butter and rapeseed oil, with a fragrant smell.
