Tools/materials: 200g of soybean sprouts, 2 tbsps of organic soy sauce, duck 1 slice, ginger 1 slice, 2 slices of garlic, green pepper 1 slice, one pot.
1. Remove the roots of the bean sprouts.
2. Cut ginger, garlic and green pepper.
3. Shred duck meat and mix well with starch soy sauce.
4. Stir-fry shredded duck, shredded ginger and shredded garlic.
5. Add bean sprouts and green peppers and stir-fry until cooked.
6. Display of finished products.
