Spicy Roast Beef

4. Open the lid and stew for about 2.5 hours, and try to insert it with chopsticks. If the water dries up halfway, please add boiling water ~
Tip:
1. Cooking in cold water can remove the fishy smell better. If boiled in boiling water, the protein on the surface of beef will solidify and shrink when heated, and the flavor inside beef will not be easily removed, so use cold water and heat it slowly.
2. Parents who use electric pressure cookers must not choose the function key of burdock. If it takes too long, this function will stew the beef too badly. Xiaomei uses the function key of chicken and duck meat. Parents can press the cooking function keys on both sides, and the effect is the same. If you are worried, you can wait until the lid of the pressure cooker can be opened and put the beef in with chopsticks to see if it is ripe.
3. If you don't use a pressure cooker, cook on a gas stove for about 2.5 hours.
Finally, be sure to soak it in water before taking it out, so that beef can absorb the taste of soup better.
