working methods
Flat-pointed dried bamboo shoots may take half a day to soak, change water twice in the middle and cut into 2cm pieces for later use.
Buy fresh edamame, peel the beans, wash and drain for later use.
Chop garlic 1-2 cloves for later use.
Heat a wok, add some oil, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add Chili noodles and stir-fry until fragrant, then add edamame and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir-fry the dried bamboo shoots together for about 2 minutes, add a little soy sauce, I use June fresh soy sauce, continue to stir fry, then add a little hot water along the side of the pot, cover the pot and stew 1 minute.
Open the lid, add a little salt and stir-fry twice. There is no water in the cooking, just take it out of the pan.
