Scraper lamp box cloth technology is to combine liquid PVC slurry with several pairs of scrapers and coat them on the front and back sides of the base cloth, then completely combine them into a whole through drying process, and then cool and shape them. It is characterized by strong impermeability, tensile strength and peeling resistance.
Because the scraper method is an integral product, the peeling phenomenon can be eliminated, and the strength of the joint can be greater than the product itself through welding. At present, the width of light box cloth using this technology can reach 5 meters.
Due to the complex manufacturing process, scraper materials generally need post-treatment, and the manufacturing equipment (surface treatment) is relatively expensive, and only a few can be produced in China. In China market, these products are mainly exported, and the prices are relatively high.
