When the oven is placed, a certain heat dissipation space needs to be reserved, and two thick partitions are arranged on the back of Hays C40. The heat in the oven is rising, and the rising heat is accumulated between the liner and the oven shell. The heat dissipation hole at the top of the oven is beneficial to the timely dissipation of accumulated heat, so as to avoid the long-term high temperature from affecting the service life of electronic components inside the oven.

C40 has two choices: single door and double door, and the price difference is several tens of yuan. Double doors are made of double-layer sealed glass, with a thickness of about 22mm. The inner glass is fixed by the inner door frame, and there is no naked leakage. Exposed glass is easily damaged by bumping, and the thickness of the door has a great influence on heat insulation. If the door is thin, the heat insulation will be poor, the heat will dissipate quickly, the power consumption will be high, and the color of food near the glass door will be uneven.

The number of hinges is related to the service life of the door. After a period of use, a single hinge is easy to deform, resulting in problems such as crooked door, lax door closing and abnormal door opening and closing. There is a door hinge on the left and right sides of Hayes C40, and the door has several opening gears, which can be opened as needed to reduce unnecessary heat loss.

There is a heat insulation strip at the door frame of Hays C40 liner, which can prevent the rising heat from overflowing from the gap at the top of the oven door to a certain extent, and the heat utilization rate is higher, and can prevent the oil fume from overflowing from the top of the door during the barbecue process.

The interior of the oven is made of oil-proof porcelain paint, which has higher and more uniform heat collection efficiency. There is a detachable slag tray at the bottom, which is easier to clean after use. There are three heating pipes above and below the oven, and the built-in double NTC temperature probes feed back the temperature difference, and then the PID temperature control chip automatically adjusts the temperature difference to realize accurate temperature control. Built-in explosion-proof furnace lamp is convenient to check the food status.

There are 9 menus in the machine, including Qifeng, Toast, Biscuits, Egg Tarts, Dissolved Beans, Pizza, Roasted Chicken, Fermentation and Dried Fruit, which are displayed in Chinese. Compared with an oven that displays icons and selects menus according to serial numbers, the operation of Hays C40 is more intuitive, easy to understand and choose. After selecting the menu, you can adjust the temperature of the upper and lower pipes at will, and you can also turn on the hot air function.

Personally, I don't like ovens that are all adjusted by buttons. For example, when adjusting parameters with a wide range such as time and temperature, you need to press it several times. Hayes C40 is set by stepless knob, and the knob functions correspond to each other. The menu function on the screen is always visible, with a minimum of 1 fine tuning. Users can know the precise parameters through the LED screen, and the control experience is great.

In addition to the baking tray, fork, grill net, rack extractor and other accessories, the oven also provides gourmet recipes. I especially like this Heinz Baker customized cookbook, which is illustrated and easy to understand. There are many ways to make simple but delicious western-style cakes in the recipe, but there are many materials that are not available at home, so we can only try them later.

I used to bake sweet potatoes in a mechanical oven at home, either raw or overcooked. Seeing that Hay C40 has the function of baking sweet potatoes, I want to try it. First spread the baking net with tin foil, then dry the washed sweet potatoes and put them on.

There is no baked sweet potato function on the menu, but it is in the given menu. Adjust the temperature to 200 for 25 minutes. Don't give up halfway, just wait for the opportunity to come. Sweet potato has a slightly lower temperature and a longer time.

The baked sweet potato skin is dry but not black, indicating that the baking temperature is just right. After peeling, the fragrance is overflowing and delicious! If you like to eat sugar and oil, you can stick some holes in the sweet potato with a toothpick before baking.

Roast chicken wings are also made of baking net and tin foil, and the marinated chicken wings are placed on the tin foil. If you burn things with barbecued pork, you'd better spread a layer of tin foil on the slag receiving tray at the bottom to save trouble.

When pickling chicken wings, cut two or three knives on each side, which is more delicious.

Hays C40 has a stove lamp, which can easily check the state of food and is very useful when making unfamiliar food.

Delicious roast chicken wings are out of the oven! If you want to dry, you can turn on the hot air function to slightly extend the baking time.

I bought a bag of frozen egg tart skins in the supermarket, and the egg tart liquid was prepared by myself. Formula: 200g milk, 34g sugar and 2 eggs. Seeing that many recipes only use egg white, I try to save trouble by using whole eggs. Stir the egg tart liquid evenly with the egg beater equipped in the oven and put it into each egg tart until it is 8-9 minutes full. In the previous 30L oven, only 9 egg tart skins could be put on the baking tray, while the Hayes C40 oven can hold 12, which is just enough for baking at one time.

Select the menu of egg tart, and you can see the upper tube temperature 175, and the lower tube temperature is 225 degrees Celsius. This is because the subcutaneous part of the egg tart is covered with metal, which can make the surface and bottom of the egg tart bake almost the same.

The default time for baking egg tarts is 22 minutes, which is the effect if you like to bake them tender for 20 minutes.

My wife said that she likes to eat something a little burnt, so she continued to bake for 2 minutes. At this time, the egg tart skin is a little burnt. Why is there a little focus in the middle? This is caused by my lazy egg tart liquid not being fully stirred. It is worth mentioning that oven preheating is mentioned in many oven sharing recipes. The more heating pipes, the better. The more heating pipes, the more uniform the temperature distribution and the better the cooking effect. 3. Temperature control mode

Generally speaking, oven temperature control methods are divided into mechanical temperature control and electronic temperature control. Electronic temperature fluctuation is relatively small, and mechanical temperature fluctuation is relatively large. Now the electronic temperature-controlled oven will also be equipped with a temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time, and the temperature can be automatically adjusted through chip operation.

Third, the liner material.

The material of oven liner is generally divided into enamel and galvanized sheet. The biggest feature of enamel material is that it is easy to clean, and it is very difficult to clean galvanized sheet after it is stained with oil. It is not recommended to choose.

Fourth, the parameter adjustment mode

All ovens with electronic temperature control have digital panels, but some adjust the time and temperature by pressing buttons. Pure buttons are very annoying when setting, such as the adjustment of oven temperature with a large digital span, and it is very troublesome to press them one by one. It is convenient to rotate the key, and the control experience is better.
